The Process

How To Buy Access?

Step 1

Find an agent in or near your taxi rank and ask to buy access, then dial our USSD code and choose REQUEST ID then choose ACCESS ID and an 8-digit number will be displayed on your screen, write it down and choose MAIN MENU. Then choose BUY ACCESS on the main menu and enter the 8-digit access ID that was issued to you and enter the cell number you wish to pair with your ID so that you can retrieve it if you forget it, choose the name of the network you are buying access on and pay your access amount plus access fee then hand your cellphone to the agent to authorize the sale.

Step 2

To get a top up, dial our USSD code and choose TOP UP on the main menu then enter your 8-digit Access ID and choose airtime or data then follow the prompts. Your airtime or data is loaded directly onto the cell number that you provide. You request top ups until you use up the value of your money.

If you forget your Access ID, you can retrieve it by choosing RETRIEVE on our USSD menu then choose ACCESS ID and enter the cell number you entered when you were buying access and your ID will be displayed on your screen. Your ID is deleted when you finish your access value which means
you request a new one every time you buy access. To check your access balance, choose the TOP UP option on our USSD menu and enter your Access ID and your balance will be displayed.

Note: When you buy access from R5 to R25, we charge you R1. From R30 to R55, we charge you R2 and from R60 and more we charge you a R3 access fee.
